Kevin T. O'Malley, joined St. Jude Medical, Inc. in 1994 as Vice President and General Counsel. Since December 1996, he has also served as St. Jude Medical's Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining St. Jude Medical, Mr. O?Malley was employed by Eli Lilly & Company for 15 years in various positions, including General Counsel of the Medical Device and Diagnostics Division.
